PAIRS for Life is a research-validated approach* to deepening intimacy and strengthening relationships. Includes four weekly three-hour classes (plus alumni sessions) excerpted from the hallmark PAIRS Mastery Program for married and committed couples and individuals in any stage of relationship. Understand the Logic of Love and Emotions, Enhance Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills, Learn to Deepen Intimacy and Connection with Loved Ones, and Discover Proven Tools for Creating Lasting, Happy, Healthy, Successful Relationships. Classes meet in a private group settings, with brief lectures followed by strong emphasis on practical, easy to use, relationship building tools through interactive exercises with your partner.
