Who can order?

PAIRS teaching materials—including participant workbooks, instructor guides, educational CD/DVDs, and more than four wallet cards—may be ordered only by PAIRS licensed instructors in good standing.

What are payment methods?

All materials ordered must be paid for prior to production and shipment. The following methods of payment are accepted: credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX), check, bank deposit or wire transfer. For check payments, please allow five days from receipt for clearance of funds.

What is the return policy?

Materials in new condition that are unused and undamaged may be returned within 30 days for credit for future purchases from PAIRS, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How long does shipping usually take?

Please place and make payment for orders at least seven to 10 business days in advance of your required shipment date to allow adequate time for production, shipment and delivery. Rush shipments are available at an additional charge.

Is there a shipping and handling fee?

A standard shipping and handling fee of 10% of the total order amount will be charged on all standard orders. Minimum charge is $15.00. Alternative shipping methods must be requested and paid for in advance by the customer. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from Weston, Florida.
